I’m Adam Kesterson, a disciple with dirty hands working out my faith in Mena, Arkansas. Drawing on years of service with the US Navy and a background in technology and preparedness, I founded The Midlife Disciple to explore the quieter side of strength. Here, I trade the noise of the world for the hum of woodworking and the patience of the garden—documenting the journey from mere self-sufficiency to true stewardship. Whether I’m etching custom signs or tending the soil, my mission is to share the practical lessons of building a life of substance, faith, and legacy that outlasts us all.
